Pressure Vessel Design
Designing and checking pressure vessels: shells, heads, nozzles and reinforcement, with the calculations laid out the way a reviewer expects to see them.

What participants can do afterwards

- Size nozzle openings and their reinforcement
- Account for corrosion allowance, tolerances and supports
- Lay out a design calculation a reviewer can follow and approve

- 2. Materials and allowable stress
- 3. Cylindrical and spherical shells
- 4. Heads: ellipsoidal, torispherical, hemispherical
- 5. Nozzles, openings and reinforcement
- 6. Flanges, supports and external pressure
- 7. Documenting a design calculation

- Live sessions over video, anywhere in Nigeria. No travel.
- At your site:
- We come to you. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately.
- Hybrid:
- Live online, with hands-on days at one of our makerspaces.
