Most CAD teaching produces people who can draw a shape. This produces people who can release a drawing somebody else can build from.
We start with sketch discipline and parametric intent — why a model that rebuilds cleanly when a dimension changes is worth more than one that merely looks right. From there: assemblies and mates, interference and motion checks, then the drawing itself. Dimensioning that a workshop can read, tolerances that mean something, a title block and a revision that survives a design change.
We teach in Fusion 360, Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks. Tell us which your organisation runs and that is the one we use. The modelling discipline transfers between them; the muscle memory does not, and there is no point teaching your team a package they will not open again.
