How to read a clause: what is mandatory, what is guidance, what a note changes. How to follow a reference chain across sections without losing the thread. Where the tables are and how to read them without transcription errors.
Then the part that decides whether work is accepted: documenting compliance. Which clause you applied, what inputs you used, and how a third party reproduces your result. Code compliance that cannot be demonstrated is not compliance.
