Pick what you're looking at. Causes, what to change before your next print, and what to do with the part in front of you.
Stringing
Thin wispy strands of plastic between separate parts of the print.
Likely causes
Nozzle temperature too high
Retraction distance or speed too low
Wet filament
Travel speed too slow
Before your next print
Lower nozzle temperature 5–10°C
Increase retraction: ~4–7mm for Bowden, ~0.5–2mm for direct drive
Increase retraction speed
Dry the filament (spool in a food dehydrator or dry box at 45–55°C for 4–6h works for PLA/PETG)
Enable combing / avoid-crossing-perimeters in the slicer
Right now, on this part
Carefully remove strings with a heat gun on low, or pick them off once cool with tweezers or a lighter passed quickly nearby (ventilate, don't linger).
