CoMakers Club

As part of our mission to promote innovation among African youths, CoMakers Africa establishes innovation clubs at different secondary schools, polytechnics, and universities. The members of these clubs meet on a regular basis in their respective schools to collaborate in learning and developing indigenous innovations.

CoMakers Africa also organizes a monthly meetup of club members from different schools at our space for seminars and workshops on technology and entrepreneurship. This service is free but schools and institutions are encouraged to make some donation here to help keep our works sustainable.

CoMakers School Club is a student-run club that aims to spark Science, Technology, Engineering, Applied-Science and Math (STEAM) interests among students in Nigeria. The club is open for registration to all schools across Nigeria that wish to equip their students with after-school hands-on training in STEAM-related subjects.

CoMakers Africa is a learning, a collaborating and a makers community, giving youth access to training, physical space, and equipment for indigenous product development and innovation. It is a private non-profit community makerspace located in a pre-urban community in Nigeria.

Our mission is to raise a new generation of makers, inventors, scientists, engineers, and innovators inspired and equipped to develop indigenous solutions to meet local and global needs and also transition them into profitable entrepreneurship.
